Successful Handover of Jacksons Quay

Tenants of Newydd Housing celebrated the opening of their new homes on Friday June 10th .

This £9 million scheme was attended by more than 100 people including Phil Chamberlain project Technologist and Architect Tony King.


This landmark scheme comprises 51 apartments and 19 townhouses and overlooks Barry Waterfront as part of the regeneration of Barry Docks.

Designed to Code for Sustainable Homes level 3 and to Secured by Design Standard.

Main Street Phase 1 wins an award

Matt Moss picked up his second highly commended certificate from the Vale of Glamorgan Council Building Excellence Awards for the Regeneration Project at Main Street Barry.

The Fig Tree Restaurant receives an award

Matt Moss recently collected his Highly Commended certificate awarded as part of Vale of Glamorgan Council Building Excellence Awards for the development of the Award winning conversion of historic seafront building into a restaurant, incorporating a contemporary rooftop pod.
